Hitachi Develop Battery Cars

Tokyo: Currently, hybrid vehicles are considered as environment-friendly vehicles. However, major obstacles still around battery endurance. The opportunity is captured by Hitachi.

Famous electronic manufacturers to develop batteries that hold the car a more solid and durable. Recently, the Japanese company has been making the big leap to make the package lithium-ion battery with the extraordinary strength of 4500 watts.

The latest generation of lithium-ion batteries is expected to recharge 70 percent more than conventional solutions. In addition, the battery is 50 percent more durable than the batteries that will be produced next year.

Although still in development stage, without the price and availability, Hitachi promises battery will be available in the market in 2010.
